At Supercut Bandsaw, we stand behind the quality of our industrial cutting tools and offer a 30-day return window for unused, standard-sized products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making it right through a streamlined exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused bandsaw blades or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement blade within 5-7 business days.
